The company was established in 1987 under the name Indian River & Quality Breeders. This venture was made with an American based Grand Parent Farming Company, Indian River. The objective was to add in Pakistan's economy by rearing first ever Poultry GP Flock within the country to cater the need of Broiler meat consumption of the country. Now the business has been extended through better foreign Principles along with diversified activities like Import of Poultry Equipment, Disease diagnostic facilities and manufacturing of Poultry Feed.
